journey
Not a resume dump — just the honest shape of thirteen years, in case it's useful to know what's behind the conversation we're about to have.
2012 – 2015
PRS Hospital · Kameda Infologics, Trivandrum
My first jobs weren't in project management at all. I was the person a 300-bed hospital called when its systems didn't talk to each other, and later the one running offshore support for hospital software across the Middle East and the US. It taught me how technology actually breaks in the real world — not in a classroom.
2015 – 2021
Finastra, Trivandrum
Six years managing digital banking rollouts for US financial institutions. This is where I learned what happens when a program has real money and real regulators attached to it — and came away with an award and a portfolio's worth of scar tissue, in the best way.
2021 – 2024
OrderStack, Trivandrum
This is the one I'm proudest of. I built a delivery team from zero — real payroll, real P&L, real consequences — and grew it 4x through partnerships I brought in myself. This is where I stopped just managing programs and actually learned what running a business feels like.
2024 – 2025
Independent Consultant & Product Founder, self-employed
Took time to work for myself — consulting directly with clients and building product ideas from scratch. Short chapter, useful one.
2025 – 2026
Elsevier, Chennai
Brought that same discipline into a Generative AI enablement program — the kind of AI initiative most companies are still figuring out how to run responsibly, at real scale, with real stakeholders watching.
2026 – present
Bluebrix Health, Kochi
Now I own a strategic healthcare account end to end — not just delivering the work, but being the one person accountable for whether the client actually gets what they need.
